Fallen stock

The Jedforest Hunt are now able to collect fallen/casualty cattle up to the age of 48 months in addition to all other farmed livestock, horses and ponies.

As you will no doubt be aware there is no longer a government contribution being made to Nfsco members so it may be worthwhile comparing our price list to other collectors in the area.

We will collect casualties off farms in approved vehicles and can also put down any stricken stock free of charge.

You will of course receive a SEERAD approved receipt for traceability/record keeping purposes and a monthly account.

If you would like us to collect your fallen/casualty stock please call the Kennels Number (01450 860277) and leave a message stating your name, farm name and what the casualty is.
